Do you need access to our systems?

No. The free review only needs a description of your workflow and any optional samples you choose to share. Pilots start with copied or sanitised data — live system access is opt-in and only if you decide to proceed.

How is our data handled?

Anything you share is used solely to prepare your automation plan. It is never resold, and we delete it on request. Where possible we work inside your own approved environment, such as Microsoft 365.

What does it cost after the free review?

The workflow review is free. If you move ahead, pilots start from a fixed, agreed scope so you know the cost before committing — no open-ended retainers to begin.

How long until we see something working?

You receive the written automation plan within 2 business days. A first pilot workflow is usually live within a few weeks, depending on scope.

We are not very technical. Is that a problem?
